What combined rhinoplasty is
A nose is never seen alone; it sits in a face. Sometimes a patient who wants rhinoplasty also has other wishes: a drooping brow, flattened cheekbones, early sagging of the midface. And sometimes the examination shows that the new nose would sit more naturally if a neighbouring feature were addressed with it.
Combined rhinoplasty plans these procedures together and performs them in one operation. Depending on the need, work such as brow lifting, cheekbone definition or a midface lift can be included alongside the nose surgery. One anesthesia, one recovery period, one coherent plan for the whole face.
What to expect at your first visit
The examination is where a combined plan is made or set aside. Dr. Teker listens to what you want, evaluates the proportions of your face, and tells you honestly whether combining procedures serves you or whether the nose alone is the right operation.
