How do I book an appointment?
The fastest way is WhatsApp (+90 532 415 35 39). You can also call the same number, or send the form on the Contact page. You will be offered the earliest suitable time.
Where is the clinic?
In Bakırköy, Istanbul, at Zuhuratbaba Mah. İncirli Cad. Gülderen Sk. 2. Yıldız Sitesi No:1/8, in the building with AlternatifBank on the ground floor. Directions and a map are on the Contact page.
Which languages can I be seen in?
Dr. Teker consults in Turkish, English, Arabic and French.
What happens at the first visit?
A full ENT examination and an unhurried conversation: what bothers you, what the examination shows, and what Dr. Teker recommends, including when the honest recommendation is not to operate. You leave with a clear picture and time to decide.
Does Dr. Teker treat children?
The practice focuses on adult patients. If you are unsure whether your case fits, send a WhatsApp message and you will get a straight answer.
Do you work with insurance?
The clinic works on a self-pay basis, without contracted insurers. Details are on the Fees & Insurance page.
I am coming from abroad. How should I plan?
See the International Patients page: consultations are available in four languages and the practice is authorized for international health tourism by the T.C. Ministry of Health.
Can I get a price over the phone?
Fee information is shared when you book and confirmed at your visit, once Dr. Teker has examined you and your exact treatment is known, so the figure you hear is the figure that applies to you.
