Where exactly is the clinic?

In Bakırköy, on Istanbul's European side: Zuhuratbaba Mah. İncirli Cad. Gülderen Sk. 2. Yıldız Sitesi No:1/8 Kat:3 Daire:8. Look for the building with Alternatif Bank on the ground floor. You will find a map and directions on the contact page.

How do I make an appointment?

Whichever way suits you: call the clinic, message us on WhatsApp, or send the short form on the contact page and the clinic will call you back.

Which languages can I be seen in?

Consultations are held in Turkish, English, Arabic and French. Tell the clinic your preference when you book, and your whole visit will be arranged in that language.

Do you work with insurance companies?

No — the clinic is self-pay only. You receive a clear personal quotation after your examination, before you decide anything.

I live abroad. How do I start?

Start with a WhatsApp message. Dr. Teker's team will arrange an online pre-assessment so you know whether treatment is right for you — and what it would involve — before you book any travel. The international patients page walks you through it.

What happens at the first visit?

An examination and an honest conversation. Dr. Teker examines you — endoscopically where needed — explains what he finds, and tells you what treatment can and cannot achieve. You leave with a personal plan and quotation, and no obligation.

Can I bring someone with me?

Of course. Many patients come with a spouse, parent or friend — an extra pair of ears helps, especially when you are nervous.

What should I bring?

If you have them: previous reports, imaging, and a list of medications you take. If you have none of these, just bring yourself — the examination starts from the beginning either way.
