The consultation and the process
What to expect at your visit
At the first visit you meet Dr. Teker himself. He begins by listening: what you would like to change about your nose, and what bothers you. He then examines your nose outside and in — because the state of your airway is an inseparable part of the aesthetic plan.
By the end of the consultation you hear clearly what is possible — and what is not. The aim is not to give everyone the same nose, but to plan one that belongs to your face and breathes freely. You will not be rushed into a decision; every question goes straight to him.
Because Dr. Teker also performs revision rhinoplasty, he brings the perspective of corrective surgery to first-time planning. He carries out your post-operative follow-up personally as well.

Will rhinoplasty affect my breathing?
Dr. Teker plans every rhinoplasty around both appearance and breathing function. At the consultation he also assesses the inside of your nose; if there is an obstruction, it can be addressed within the same plan.
Will the result look natural?
The goal is not a one-size-fits-all shape but a nose that fits your facial proportions and looks like your own. You clarify your expectations together at the consultation and plan accordingly.
How do I find out whether surgery suits me?
The only reliable way is an examination. Dr. Teker assesses you personally at the consultation, and you discuss a plan tailored to you.
I have had nose surgery before; can I be operated on again?
That is assessed separately, as revision rhinoplasty. Because previous surgery changes the tissue, the planning is different; your nose's history is reviewed together at the consultation.
