Privacy Notice
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), this notice explains how your data is processed when you use our contact form.

What data do we process?
When you fill in the appointment form on this site, we process your name and surname, your phone number and the reason for your visit. Please do not include medical details in the form; your health information is taken in person at the consultation, never through the website.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed for one purpose only: to respond to your appointment request. The legal basis, under Article 5 of the KVKK, is that the processing is necessary to fulfil your own request.
Transfer of your data
Form messages reach our e-mail address through our form provider, FormSubmit. FormSubmit's servers are located abroad, so when you send the form your data is transferred outside Turkey within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK. The form operates on your explicit consent to this transfer — by sending it, you accept the transfer. If you prefer not to use the form, you can always reach us by phone or directly by e-mail.
How long we keep it
Form messages are deleted within a reasonable time after your request has been handled; they are not kept longer unless a legal obligation requires it.
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
- to learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- to request information if it has been processed,
- to learn the purpose of the processing and whether your data is used in line with it,
- to know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom your data has been transferred,
- to request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- to request the deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in the KVKK,
- to request that corrections and deletions be notified to the third parties who received the data,
- to object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
- to claim compensation if you suffer damage through unlawful processing.
