Cenk Teker graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in 1997 and qualified as a specialist in ear, nose and throat diseases in 2001, after completing his residency at Bezm-i Alem Valide Sultan Vakıf Gureba Training and Research Hospital in Istanbul, one of the oldest teaching hospitals in the country.
Over more than two decades of practice he has concentrated on the nose. He has performed more than 5,000 rhinoplasty operations, from first-time aesthetic surgery to complex revisions and combined operations that restore breathing while reshaping the nose. Sinus, ear and throat surgery complete his practice.
His career has run alongside teaching and leadership. He lectured at Nişantaşı University for two years, helping to train young physicians, and served for more than ten years as chief physician of his own hospital, where he learned how care is organised as well as how it is delivered.
In 2021 he opened his own practice, Uzm. Dr. Cenk Teker Muayenehanesi, in Bakırköy, Istanbul, where he now sees every patient personally: consultation, planning, surgery and follow-up. The clinic holds the Ministry of Health authorisation for international health tourism and welcomes patients from Türkiye, Europe, the Balkans and the Middle East.
He consults in Turkish, English, Arabic and French.
